Before booking: All prices above are proposed fixed fees for the described consultation and deliverables. The appointment is not confirmed by submitting an enquiry. Any additional work requires separate agreement.
How the service works

Clear arrangements, from the start.

We discuss the details before an appointment is confirmed so both sides understand the consultation, the fee and any written work included.

01. Enquiry and suitability

Send a brief description of your occasion, what you need help with and any relevant timing or budget considerations. We will review the enquiry and explain whether the requested support fits the available service.

02. Scope and fee confirmation

Before you commit, the applicable fee, consultation format, meeting arrangements, included work and any agreed written deliverables should be confirmed. An enquiry alone does not reserve an appointment.

03. Face-to-face consultation

The consultation takes place in person at the agreed location and time. Please do not assume a particular venue or meeting address is available until it has been confirmed directly.

04. Notes and agreed deliverables

Any written summary, checklist, budget notes or planning outline will be supplied only if included in the confirmed service. The format and delivery date will be agreed before the work begins.

Important scope information: The service is planning consultation and advice. Venue or activity availability, supplier prices, access arrangements and other third-party details may change and should be checked directly before you make commitments. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not book, purchase, supply, staff or manage the event on your behalf.
A clear scope

Planning advice, with clear boundaries.

We help you consider options and organise your thinking. The distinction matters: advice can support your decisions, but it does not automatically include third-party services or delivery of the event itself.

Included when agreed

  • Discussion of your occasion and stated requirements.
  • Ideas, planning suggestions and practical considerations relevant to the selected consultation.
  • Review of the information and proposed arrangements you provide.
  • Written notes or planning materials specifically listed in the confirmed service.
  • Any expressly agreed follow-up or revision within the stated scope.

Not automatically included

  • Venue, restaurant, activity, entertainment or supplier reservations.
  • Ticket purchases, deposits, supplier payments or handling third-party funds.
  • Event set-up, decoration installation, catering, staffing or on-the-day coordination.
  • Guaranteed prices, availability, quality or performance of third-party providers.
  • Additional research, extra revisions or further consultations beyond the confirmed scope.
If you need support beyond consultation, describe your requirements in your enquiry. Any additional work must be assessed for suitability and separately agreed before it begins.

Do you organise the event for me?

The services described on this page focus on consultation, ideas and planning advice. Booking venues or suppliers, purchasing items and managing the event are not included unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

How do I know which service to choose?

Choose based on the question you need to resolve. The Ideas & Celebration Consultation is for developing an initial direction; Group Activity Planning focuses on activity options; Budget & Schedule Review examines an existing outline; and Detailed Planning Consultation is for bringing several elements together. We can discuss suitability before you commit.

Are appointments face to face?

The consultation format is face to face. The meeting location, appointment time and any relevant access arrangements must be agreed and confirmed before the appointment is accepted.

Will I receive a written plan?

Only where written work is included in the selected service. The agreed document type, level of detail and delivery date should be confirmed before the consultation takes place.

Can you guarantee activity availability or prices?

No. Suggestions are based on the information available during the consultation. Third-party availability, prices, terms and suitability can change and should be verified directly before making a commitment.

When is my appointment confirmed?

Sending an enquiry does not itself confirm an appointment. Confirmation follows agreement on the service, fee, date, location, scope and applicable terms.

What if I need more help afterwards?

Contact us to describe the additional work you need. Further consultations, revisions or research are subject to availability, suitability and a separate agreement on scope, fee and timing.
