Terms & Conditions

Know what you are booking The service scope, displayed package price, appointment arrangements and deliverables are confirmed before acceptance.
Clear service boundaries Consultation and planning guidance do not automatically include event execution or third-party bookings.
Consumer rights respected Applicable statutory rights remain in place alongside these terms.

01. About us

These Terms & Conditions apply to services supplied by LET’S GO PLAY LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales.

  • Company name: LET’S GO PLAY LIMITED
  • Company number: 09627507
  • Business address: Units 1 & 2 Northfield Trading Estate, Northfield, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B31 2JR
  • Email: hello@letsgoplay.fun
  • Telephone: +44 7969 768352
  • Website: letsgoplay.fun

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LET’S GO PLAY LIMITED. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organisation enquiring about or purchasing a service from us.

Appointment location: the business address above is provided for company correspondence and identification. It is not automatically the location for a face-to-face consultation. The specific meeting location, date and time will be agreed and confirmed separately before the booking is accepted. Please do not attend the business address for a consultation unless we have expressly confirmed that location for your appointment.

02. Acceptance of these terms

These terms should be read together with the relevant service description, price, booking confirmation and policies referred to on our website.

A website enquiry is not, by itself, a confirmed booking or an obligation to purchase a service. A contract is formed when the relevant service arrangements have been agreed and we have communicated acceptance.

Before a contract is concluded, we will communicate the consultation selected, its scope, the amount payable, the appointment arrangements, the included deliverables and the applicable payment terms.

If a specific written agreement is made for a particular service, that agreement will apply to the details it expressly covers. These terms continue to apply to other matters unless the written agreement validly states otherwise.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

03. Our services

LET’S GO PLAY LIMITED provides paid activity and occasion planning consultations. Depending on the package selected, a consultation may help customers develop ideas for a celebration, consider group activities, review a budget, organise a proposed schedule or prepare for an occasion.

The standard consultation packages and their included written deliverables are set out below. The displayed package price applies to the described scope, subject to the specific arrangements confirmed for the booking.

Consultation Fee Session Included written materials Delivery target
Ideas & Celebration Consultation £24.90 30-minute face-to-face consultation Brief written recap sent by email Within 2 working days after the consultation
Group Activity Planning Consultation £47.50 45-minute face-to-face consultation Activity recommendations and preparation checklist sent by email Within 3 working days after the consultation
Budget & Schedule Review £68.40 60-minute face-to-face consultation Budget review notes and proposed schedule sent by email Within 5 working days after the consultation
Detailed Planning Consultation £129.90 90-minute face-to-face consultation Structured planning document, proposed schedule and checklist sent by email Within 5 working days after the consultation

A “working day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. The delivery period for written materials begins after the relevant consultation has taken place.

The delivery targets above apply to the standard package deliverables. If we agree a different scope, an amended deadline or additional work, the agreed arrangements will be confirmed before that work begins.

What is not automatically included: the standard packages do not include venue reservations, supplier bookings, ticket purchases, equipment hire, payments to third parties, travel arrangements or on-site event management. Such services are included only where expressly offered and agreed separately.

Recommendations are planning guidance based on the information available and the scope agreed. We do not guarantee that a particular activity, venue, supplier, date or external price will remain available.

04. Enquiries and bookings

You may contact us through the website, by email or through another communication method we make available. We may ask for further information to understand your requirements and determine whether the requested consultation is suitable.

Before accepting a booking, we will confirm the selected package, its scope, the applicable price, the payment arrangements, the proposed consultation date and time, the meeting location and the expected written deliverables.

All standard packages are described as face-to-face consultations. The specific meeting location must be agreed with us and confirmed before the booking is accepted. The company’s business address is not automatically the consultation venue.

If an online or telephone consultation is available for a particular booking, this must be discussed and agreed with us in advance. Alternative consultation methods are not included unless we have expressly confirmed them.

A booking is confirmed only when we communicate acceptance. Please review the confirmation and contact us promptly if any important detail is inaccurate or unclear.

We may decline an enquiry where we cannot reasonably provide the requested service, subject to any legal obligations that apply.

05. Prices and payment

The current prices displayed on our Services page form the starting point for the standard packages:

  • Ideas & Celebration Consultation — £24.90.
  • Group Activity Planning Consultation — £47.50.
  • Budget & Schedule Review — £68.40.
  • Detailed Planning Consultation — £129.90.

The applicable price is the price for the package selected at the time the booking is agreed, together with any other charge expressly disclosed and agreed before the contract is concluded. If a displayed price and a booking quotation appear inconsistent, please ask us to clarify the amount before proceeding.

Before confirming a booking, we will communicate the service scope, total amount payable, accepted payment method and payment timing. Where applicable, we will clarify whether any taxes or additional charges are included.

The standard package price covers only the consultation and written deliverables described for that package. Third-party costs and services are not included unless expressly stated in the booking confirmation.

Additional work

If you request work outside the selected package, we will describe the proposed additional work, provide the relevant fee and explain any effect on delivery timing before proceeding. Additional work will not be charged without your agreement, except where a charge is otherwise lawfully due under an existing contract.

We will not add undisclosed charges to a confirmed booking. If you have a question about a quoted amount or payment instruction, please contact us before making payment.

06. Service delivery

Each standard package is delivered through a face-to-face consultation. The consultation location, date and time must be agreed with us and confirmed before the booking is accepted. The business address shown in these terms is not automatically the meeting location.

If we agree to provide a consultation by telephone or online for a particular booking, that alternative method and any related arrangements will be confirmed with you before the contract is concluded.

Written materials and delivery periods

The written materials included in each package will be sent to the email address supplied for the booking:

  • Ideas & Celebration Consultation: a brief written recap within 2 working days after the consultation.
  • Group Activity Planning Consultation: activity recommendations and a preparation checklist within 3 working days after the consultation.
  • Budget & Schedule Review: budget review notes and a proposed schedule within 5 working days after the consultation.
  • Detailed Planning Consultation: a structured planning document, proposed schedule and checklist within 5 working days after the consultation.

A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. The stated period starts after the consultation has taken place, not when an initial enquiry is submitted or a booking request is received.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking that messages can be received. If a written deliverable cannot be sent or accessed, please contact us so that we can review the issue.

If we reasonably need further information to complete agreed work, we may contact you. If missing information or an agreed change materially affects delivery, we will explain the expected impact as soon as reasonably practicable.

We will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable law.

Further details are available in our Service Delivery Policy.

07. Customer responsibilities

To help us provide the agreed consultation, you should:

  • provide accurate information relevant to your request;
  • communicate important preferences, restrictions and deadlines before the booking is confirmed;
  • provide reasonable additional information needed to complete the agreed work;
  • attend the consultation at the agreed time and location, or contact us if you need to discuss a change;
  • make payment in accordance with the confirmed arrangements; and
  • use the service for lawful purposes and communicate respectfully.

Please provide only information reasonably necessary for your enquiry or consultation. Avoid sending sensitive or unrelated personal information about yourself or other people.

If your requirements change materially, please tell us as soon as reasonably practicable. We will explain whether the change affects the agreed scope, fee or delivery period.

08. Changes and additional work

If you want to change your requirements after a booking has been confirmed, please contact us as early as possible. We will consider whether the change can be accommodated.

A change may affect the deliverables, consultation method, meeting location, appointment date, delivery period or fee. We will explain any material difference and obtain agreement before proceeding with the revised arrangement.

Work outside the original scope

Requests for additional planning materials, further consultation time or other work not included in the selected package may require a separate fee.

We will describe the additional work, communicate the proposed charge and explain any revised delivery target before starting it. You may decline additional work that you have not agreed to, subject to any existing contractual obligations and applicable law.

09. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us using the details in your booking confirmation or on this website.

Cancellation rights and refund eligibility depend on the type of contract, the circumstances in which it was concluded, the timing of the request, the service already supplied and the applicable contractual and statutory rules.

Statutory cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, qualifying distance and off-premises consumer service contracts generally carry a 14-day cancellation period beginning on the day after the contract is concluded. The right does not automatically apply in the same way to every contract or booking, and statutory exceptions or conditions may be relevant.

Requesting an early start

Where a statutory cancellation period applies, we will obtain any express request required by law before starting the service during that period. Where required, we will also provide the relevant information and obtain the customer’s acknowledgement concerning the consequences of full performance. A general statement in these terms does not replace any separate request or acknowledgement that must be obtained through the actual booking process.

If a customer cancels during an applicable cancellation period after requesting early commencement, a proportionate amount for services already supplied may be payable only where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied. A statutory cancellation right ends following full performance only where the applicable legal requirements have been met.

Appointment changes and other cancellations

Appointment changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us. No fixed rescheduling fee, guaranteed number of free changes or standard late-cancellation fee is introduced by these terms unless it has been clearly communicated and agreed for the relevant booking before the charge is applied.

Where no statutory cancellation right applies, the cancellation outcome will depend on the agreed booking terms and applicable law. We will not automatically treat every cancellation as non-refundable.

Refunds

Where a refund is due following a qualifying statutory cancellation, it will generally be made without undue delay and within 14 days of the day we are informed of the decision to cancel, subject to the applicable legal provisions.

Refunds arising from a company-initiated cancellation, an agreed resolution, a failure to supply the service or another contractual entitlement will be handled according to the relevant contract and applicable law. The statutory 14-day deadline for qualifying statutory cancellation refunds is not a universal deadline for every type of refund.

Where a refund is due, we will generally use the original payment method unless another method is legally permitted and properly agreed. We will not impose a refund-processing charge where the law prohibits it.

If we need to cancel a confirmed service, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and explain any appropriate alternative arrangements or refund. You are not required to accept an alternative appointment in place of a remedy to which you are legally entitled.

Please see our Service Cancellation Policy for further information. That policy should be read consistently with these terms and the arrangements confirmed for your booking.

10. Third-party services and information

Our consultations may include suggestions relating to activities, venues or external providers. Unless expressly agreed in writing, these suggestions are planning information only. They do not mean that we have contacted, booked, paid or entered into an arrangement with a third party on your behalf.

External providers set their own availability, prices, conditions and cancellation arrangements. Customers should check those details directly before making a separate commitment.

The standard consultation fees do not include third-party purchases, venue charges, tickets, supplier fees, equipment hire, travel or catering unless expressly stated in the booking confirmation.

If a separate third-party arrangement is expressly included in an agreed service, we will clarify our role, the relevant scope and any applicable charges before proceeding. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that we have for services we have expressly agreed to provide.

11. Intellectual property and use of materials

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials we prepare for a consultation, including planning notes, checklists, schedules and written recommendations, are provided for your use in connection with the relevant occasion or planning request.

You may use the materials for that purpose and share relevant portions with people assisting with your plans, where appropriate.

Unless we give written permission or applicable law allows it, you must not resell our materials, publish them as your own commercial product or reproduce substantial parts for commercial distribution.

You remain responsible for ensuring that any materials or information you supply to us may lawfully be used for the purpose of the consultation.

12. Website and communications

We aim to keep website information clear and current. Website descriptions provide general information about our services and should be read alongside the specific scope, price and delivery arrangements confirmed for an individual booking.

If a website description and a booking confirmation appear inconsistent, please contact us for clarification before proceeding. Any agreed change to an existing contract must have an appropriate legal basis or the parties’ agreement.

We may make reasonable changes to website content to improve clarity or reflect changes in our services. Such changes will not retrospectively remove rights or automatically vary an existing contract.

Electronic messages may be used to discuss enquiries, confirm arrangements and deliver written materials. Please keep your contact details current and let us know if you have difficulty receiving or accessing a message.

13. Responsibility and liability

We will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill and comply with applicable legal obligations. Information about the service that forms part of the contract will be treated in accordance with applicable law.

Our consultations provide planning ideas and guidance. A proposed schedule, activity suggestion, budget review or checklist is not a guarantee that an external venue, supplier, activity or price will be available or that an event will produce a particular outcome.

You remain responsible for deciding which suggestions are appropriate for your circumstances and for confirming separate arrangements with third parties, unless we have expressly agreed to handle a specific arrangement on your behalf.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control materially affect an agreed service, we will communicate with you about the impact and appropriate next steps. This does not remove any remedy that may be available under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law. In particular, these terms do not remove applicable consumer rights, the requirement to provide services with reasonable care and skill, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any limitation of liability that applies to a particular contract must be interpreted consistently with applicable law and the customer’s rights. Nothing in this section creates a blanket exclusion of responsibility.

14. Privacy and personal information

We use information provided through enquiries and consultations to respond to requests, arrange services, communicate with customers and maintain appropriate business records.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

Information about cookies and similar technologies used on this website is available in our Cookie Policy.

15. Complaints and service concerns

If you have a concern about an enquiry, consultation, agreed deliverable, fee or communication, please contact us and explain the issue. Where possible, include your booking details and the outcome you are seeking.

We will review the information available, seek clarification where reasonably necessary and explain our response. Where appropriate, we will discuss reasonable next steps in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

Further information about our complaint-handling process is available in our Complaints Policy.

16. Governing law and general provisions

These terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them will be governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to your circumstances.

Where a customer is a consumer, nothing in this section removes any mandatory right to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically mean that it cannot be enforced later.

These terms should be read with any service-specific agreement or booking confirmation provided to you. Any inconsistency will be considered in light of the agreed contract and applicable law.
